About HC Packaging
HC Packaging provides full-service custom packaging for B2B brands, wholesalers, importers, distributors and e-commerce sellers. Since 2005, our manufacturing network has grown to four factories: two in China and two in Vietnam. North America, particularly the United States, is our core market.
Four factories, different manufacturing roles
Shanghai Core Factory provides full-service custom packaging and serves as a core manufacturing and technical center: 4,600 m² and 130 employees. The affiliated factory in Huai'an, Jiangsu focuses on paper tubes and paper cylinders: 6,200 m² and 200 employees. Vietnam Core Factory supports paper packaging, gift boxes, folding cartons, corrugated packaging, paper bags, printing and finishing: 26,000 m² and 400+ employees. Vietnam Affiliated Molded Pulp Factory produces molded pulp, bagasse and bamboo-fiber protective inserts and trays: 3,000 m² and 120+ employees.
China and Vietnam manufacturing
Our two Vietnam facilities have a combined area of 29,000 m². Across the manufacturing network, combined production capacity is up to 500,000 packaging units per day, depending on product type, specifications and production scheduling. Manufacturing site is confirmed during quoting.
What buyers can source
Our product range includes rigid gift boxes, folding cartons, corrugated and mailer boxes, jewelry boxes, perfume and cosmetic boxes, food packaging, paper tubes, paper bags and molded-fiber packaging. Structure, materials, printing and finishing are planned around the project.
Certifications, audits and order applicability
Certifications and audits apply to their named holder, site and scope. Shanghai Hanchang Printing Co., Ltd. holds ISO 9001:2015 for paper packaging box production and FSC Chain of Custody certification; its manufacturing site is covered by amfori BSCI monitoring. HC Packaging Vietnam Company Limited holds ISO 9001:2015 for paper and cardboard packaging production and trading, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management, FSC Chain of Custody, BRCGS Packaging Materials and HACCP within the documented food-packaging conversion scope. FSC coverage requires an eligible product and the corresponding FSC claim on sales or delivery documents. Qualification requirements should be specified when requesting a quote.

How are the four factories organized?
Shanghai and Vietnam Core Factory provide full-service custom packaging. The Huai'an affiliated factory focuses on paper tubes and cylinders, and the Vietnam affiliated molded pulp factory produces fiber-based protective inserts and trays.
Does a listed certificate cover every order?
Applicability depends on the holder, site, product group and order requirements. FSC coverage also requires the corresponding FSC claim in sales or delivery documents.
