Custom Cosmetic and Perfume Packaging
Custom cosmetic and perfume packaging starts with the bottle, tube, jar or gift set that the box must hold. This range includes cleanser folding cartons, perfume presentation boxes and cosmetic advent calendars. Choose the opening format and interior layout before the artwork and finish. Standard MOQ for non-molded paper packaging is 3,000 pcs; a molded fiber pack follows the separate 10,000 pcs rule.

Customization guide
Applications Use a cleanser carton for an individual tube or bottle presentation, a perfume gift box for a bottle or arranged set, and a cosmetic advent calendar for multiple numbered items. Define the item count and retail presentation first. The carton or gift box is secondary packaging; product-container compatibility remains a separate requirement.
Structures
The current range includes folding cartons, lid-and-base gift boxes, laser-die-cut perfume boxes and an advent calendar. Compare how the pack opens, how items are loaded and how much presentation space is needed. A folding carton and a gift box solve different layout requirements; select the structure before transferring artwork between formats.
Materials
Specify paper and board against the chosen structure, packed dimensions and desired appearance. The bottle or jar dimensions do not by themselves set the finished box size: allow for the interior arrangement and any fitted support. Final paper, board and insert specifications are agreed for the selected design.
Printing & finishing
Current perfume examples include a hot foil logo and laser die cutting. For a foil logo, supply artwork and proposed position. For a die-cut design, show the intended opening or decorative pattern. Confirm the finish on the chosen construction rather than treating every process as included in every product.
Inserts & protection
Send bottle, cap and companion-item dimensions, weights and intended orientation. Define the presentation layout, removal space and handling needs. Any fitted insert and its material are selected for that project. A presentation box alone is not a tested transit-pack specification; include the intended shipping arrangement in the brief.
Manufacturing support
Manufacturing for cosmetic packaging
HC Packaging supports structural development, printing, die-cutting and finishing through its China and Vietnam manufacturing network. The order-specific process and site are confirmed during quoting. Sampling is 24–48 hours and typical production is 2–5 weeks as group references; structure, quantity, finish and scheduling determine the project plan.

Provide dimensions and weights for the capped bottle and every companion item. Their arrangement determines box space and any insert. Confirm access and removal on a sample of the selected design.
The hot foil example uses a foil logo as decoration. Laser-die-cut examples use cut details in the paper box design. Select the effect required by the artwork; neither label means that an insert or additional finish is automatically included.
Non-molded cosmetic paper packaging has a standard MOQ of 3,000 pcs. Molded pulp, bagasse and molded fiber packaging require 10,000 pcs even when used for cosmetics. Ask for the quantities of each component in a combined box-and-insert proposal.
List each bottle or tube size, item count, quantity by variant, proposed structure, artwork and delivery destination. Whether variants can share a construction, insert or production setup is reviewed during quoting; a combined MOQ is not assumed.
