Bring together packaging structure, material choices, printing, finishing and production planning for your next order. HC Packaging's manufacturing capabilities support custom paper packaging and molded-fiber projects across its China and Vietnam network.

Printing, finishing and box construction
HC Packaging's manufacturing capabilities include Heidelberg offset printing, automatic die-cutting, hot stamping, lamination, screen UV, folder-gluing, board mounting, slotting, rigid-box forming, case-making and automated assembly lines. The Vietnam Core Factory houses this representative equipment and forms an important part of the wider manufacturing network. Process availability is matched to product specifications and the selected manufacturing site.

Choose a structure for the product
Rigid gift boxes, folding cartons, corrugated mailers, paper tubes, paper bags and molded-fiber inserts serve different packing and presentation needs. Provide the product dimensions, quantity, artwork and intended use so that structure, material and finishing choices can be discussed together.

Sampling and production planning
Standard MOQ is 1,000 pcs. Sample lead time is 24–48 hours. Typical production lead time is 2–5 weeks, depending on product, quantity and specifications. Complex processes or unusually large orders are confirmed separately. Manufacturing site is confirmed during quoting.
Prepare a useful RFQ
Include packaging dimensions, intended quantity, product protection needs, artwork, print and finishing requirements, delivery destination and any compliance requirements. Share a reference image or design file where available.
