Customization guide

Applications Gift and retail projects where assembled dimensions, opening and assembly affect the packaging choice. Current examples include larger gift items, wedding-dress presentation and tea packs; each calls for its own packed dimensions and layout.

Structures

The range includes magnetic flip-top and non-magnetic flip-top boxes, a magnetic folding box with ribbon, and book-opening examples. Closure and folding mechanism are separate choices. A magnetic closure does not by itself establish that a box collapses flat; confirm the fold and assembled shape for the selected design.

Materials

Selected large folding examples use printed paper mounted on greyboard. This is a product-specific construction, not a universal specification for every folding box. Confirm the board and paper for the chosen size, fold and closure.

Printing & finishing

Plan the artwork around the selected panels, fold lines and opening. Identify where printing and any decorative finish should appear, then review their placement with the construction. Final print, finish and assembly details are confirmed for the chosen design.

Inserts & protection

Provide the packed item dimensions and weight, intended orientation and any interior support requirements. Include the space needed to remove the item and operate the lid or ribbon. Review the interior fit in the assembled box without assuming that one insert suits every folding format.

Confirm assembled size, fold sequence, closure and artwork together. If flat delivery is required, include that requirement in the brief and review the construction drawing and sample before approval. The manufacturing site, final material and production schedule remain specific to the quoted order.

No. Folding mechanisms vary across the range. If flat delivery is required, confirm the selected construction and its flat-pack dimensions from the drawing and sample before ordering.

Start with the required opening experience. The collection includes magnetic and non-magnetic flip-top examples and a magnetic folding box with ribbon. Confirm the closure and fold mechanism separately.

Send the packed item dimensions and weight, required assembled fit and opening direction. If the box must be stored or supplied flat, state that requirement separately from the assembled size.

Review assembly steps, the assembled shape, packed-item fit and lid or ribbon clearance. If a flat configuration is required, check that as a separate part of the chosen construction.

Mark the intended artwork panels and any design crossing a fold or opening. Review the placement with the construction drawing and sample so the final layout suits that fold and assembly sequence.

Standard MOQ is 3,000 pcs. Samples normally take 24–48 hours and typical production is 2–5 weeks; confirm timing for the product, quantity, process and production schedule.
